App Maker is operated by NOWAY MOBILE OÜ, an Estonian private limited company. The service allows you to create applications using AI without writing code.
The Service is available for both personal and commercial use through your individual App Store subscription. You may use apps created with the Service for commercial purposes.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have specific rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital content purchased directly from us.

App Maker may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, prohibited conduct, non-payment of subscription fees, or any actions deemed detrimental to the platform.
